If you’re an engineer who is passionate about green building and sustainable design, you have come to the right place to pursue your aspirations. Working remotely on sustainable design can be an excellent way to contribute to a positive movement and address critical societal and environmental issues. Our goal is to offer you engaging work and rewarding relationships. We offer support in finalizing designs for MEP, renewable energy technology integration for both residential and commercial properties, as well as green roofs and living walls. Our primary design tools are Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

For generations, our work has dictated where we live, when we see our families, and what we do in our free time. But what if we turned that around and started planning our work around our lives? The shift towards remote work resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has been a positive for many, as people break away from societal expectations and pursue careers and lifestyles that align with their personal interests, values, and goals.

As a society, we are undergoing a shift in our thinking about work and careers, with a growing recognition of the importance of work-life balance. The idea of job loyalty has changed over the past few decades, from an employee to a corporation and vice versa. The traditional concept of a “job for life” where an employee stays with a single company for their entire career is less prevalent than before. In today’s world, workers seek more fulfillment and purpose in their careers, and entrepreneurship can be a way to achieve that, along with greater financial freedom and flexibility.
