Project Description
This 30-unit, four-story plus penthouse multifamily building sits along one of the most reinvested and visibly gentrified 13-block corridors in America. The project features a built-in-place intensive green roof. The tray system used the LiveRoof MAXX module with 8″ soil depth, with plants supplied by Riverbend Nursery.
