Green roof design for a 30-unit, four-story plus penthouse multifamily building at 815–817 Kennedy Street NW in Petworth, D.C..The site features a 1,768 sq. ft. built-in-place intensive green roof utilizing the LiveRoof MAXX module tray system with an 8" soil depth, alongside 722 sq. ft. of permeable pavement.
