Project Description

We designed the mechanical and plumbing (M&P) system for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), including equipment selection, sizing, and placement, as well as ductwork and register layout. Additionally, we completed electrical load calculations for another residence.

Project Details

The detached 990-square-foot ADU features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
