Project: Detached ADU in Menlo Park, CA (990 sq. ft. | 2 Bed / 2 Bath)

We designed the mechanical and plumbing (M&P) systems for an ADU, including the selection, sizing, and placement of wall-mounted mini-split units. Additionally, we provided electrical load calculations.
